James started his professional career in 1997 having previously worked for Healey and Baker (now Cushman and Wakefield), Michael Peddar & Co and Harper Dennis Hobbs.
For many years James has focused solely on tenant work giving in depth real estate advice to brands such as Roberto Cavalli, Mulberry, Tory Burch, Kenzo, Fred Perry and Diptyque.
James has an extensive knowledge of both the UK and continental European Retail Property Markets. In the past few years he has acquired stores in France, Spain, Germany, Belgium, Holland, Switzerland and the UK.
James is currently advising a number of brands exclusively on a pan European basis.
Mark started his professional career in 1995 with Colliers Erdman Lewis and has since worked for Dalgleish and Rohleder Lumby.
Mark has extensive retail property experience having represented both landlords and tenants in a High Street, Shopping Centre and Factory Outlet context. Factory Outlet leasing is a particular strength. Mark initially worked on the Freeport portfolio and over the last 16 years has leased a number of developments in England, Scotland, Ireland (Northern and Eire), France and the Czech Republic.
Mark advises a number of brands including Gieves and Hawkes, Pavers, All Wellan Good and Klass.
Laurie joined Johnstone Hall in October 2008 having graduated from Cass Business School with an MA in Property Valuation and Law.
Laurie is engaged in all aspects of retail agency with a particular focus on Johnstone Hall LLP Landlord instructions in the UK and Ireland. Laurie is currently advising a number of retailers on their expansion strategies in the UK.
